Inspections and Troubleshooting

We diagnose issues with residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar projects. 

An overview of our process:

Step 1: Preliminary Correspondence 

We discuss with the customer the current operating situation at the site. We can assess the issue and communicate with the customer the expected costs and overall process.

Step 2: Inspection Site Visit

We conduct a diagnostic site visit. If the system cannot be made operational at the initial site visit, we will return with a licensed electrician to repair equipment when required.

Step 3: Resolving the Issue

Depending on the issue and the customer's needs, we may do any of the following actions: 

  • We liaise with equipment manufacturers to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within warranty coverages.
  • We decomission the equipment, if the equipment has reached the end of its life. 
  • We provide photos and inspection report to the customer.
  • We discuss with the customer potential next steps for continued healthy operation of the system, such as annual maintenance and monitoring.
